Assistance includes a free, one-of-a-kind debt counselling service and the CAP Money Course – teaching people budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system. CAP has professionally trained creditor liaison officers who will negotiate on your behalf, offering creditors repayments based on what you can afford. CAP’s services are completely free of charge because CAP is a charity and receives donations from many churches and individuals who want to help people in debt.
